Reassign Face

/v1/:slug/faces/:id/reassign

Corrects who a face shows. With person_token the face moves to that person and grouping never moves it again; without it the face is marked as wrongly grouped and belongs to no person. With not_a_face the detection is marked as not a face and belongs to no person. Owners and admins only.
