# Ungroup Assets

/v1/:slug/assets/ungroup_assets
```

Removes assets from their groups, making them individual assets again.

Note that a group left with fewer than two remaining assets is dissolved: its last asset is also freed and the group asset itself is deleted. So ungrouping one member of a two-member group frees both, while the response lists only the assets you named.
